dimensions: variable
duration: 45 min. on loop

A thunderstorm is approaching from afar, saturating the atmosphere with moisture, making it soft and wet. Clouds are hanging low and the sun is about to go. Light-waves arriving from million miles away diving into this massive liquid body, scattering, thrown in various random directions, embracing your world with deep purple.
The work is an installation featuring a double stereo setup wherein the speakers are positioned in such a way so that the sounds are reflected by the walls and thus their origins hard to determine. The audio-piece is composed from generated and recorded environmental sounds combined with narration derived from my essay ‘Substanzraum’.
