Narrowness is a video poem composed of a text fragment by Rainer Maria Rilke narrated by Mabel Calvert Verbruggen and unclassified video footage of ‘Project Sedan’, an underground atomic test to explore nuclear excavation, mining and cratering. The spoken word is reflected in the imagery. Particles, radiation and gases, disperse through the explosion with the atmospheric space and in the long run with you and your body the whole space, whether solid, liquid, or gaseous, penetrates itself and becomes part of your infinitely ramified existence.
